Leandra van der Merwe is a seasoned Education, Training & Development Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in project management, curriculum design, and workforce development. With a BCom in Industrial Psychology and various project management and security qualifications, she brings a unique blend of business acumen and people insight into her facilitation.
Leandra has trained hundreds of professionals in both public and private sectors, designing practical learning journeys that balance theory with real-world application. Her hands-on approach and deep understanding of organisational systems have made her a trusted mentor and facilitator for learners seeking to formalise their project management expertise.
She is passionate about helping professionals advance their careers through structured learning, recognition of prior learning, and job-ready skills that create measurable workplace impact.

To qualify for the Occupational Certificate: Compliance Officer (Level 6), you’ll need to meet the following minimum requirements:✔️ Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics and Communication at NQF Level 4✔️ At least 1 year of work experience in a compliance-related role✔️ Currently working in a compliance department or function✔️ Basic understanding of South African legal environment✔️ Comfortable with basic computer and office skills
