Facilitate project closure through evaluation, reporting, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Entry Requirements

To enroll in this qualification, you should:

✔️ You have achieved a minimum of NQF Level 4 qualification
✔️ You have Mathematical Literacy and Communication skills at Level 4
✔️ You are interested in pursuing or advancing a career in project management
✔️ You have basic computer literacy and organisational skills to support learning and project work

What to Expect from the Assessment Process:

✔️ Internal Assessments:
After each module, you’ll submit a Portfolio of Evidence that demonstrates your understanding and application of project management principles.

✔️ Workplace Evidence:
You’ll complete structured project tasks in the workplace and compile supporting documentation aligned with the qualification’s practical requirements.

✔️ Assessment Preparation Support:
Facilitators will guide you through assessment expectations and help you prepare through online discussions and coaching.

✔️ External Integrated Summative Assessment (EISA):
Once your internal requirements are complete, you’ll complete the EISA through a QCTO-registered Assessment Quality Partner. This formal evaluation confirms your competence across all exit-level outcomes.

✔️ Certification:
After successful completion of the EISA, the QCTO will issue your official Occupational Certificate in Project Management.

🧾 Note: The EISA is overseen by a registered assessor and administered at an accredited venue. The QCTO issues the final certificate upon successful completion.

Janelle has been involved in the skills development area in industry sectors such as hospitality, travel, mining, manufacturing, business process outsourcing and services (BPS & O) and education and skills development. She has a wealth of experience in learning and development methodologies and is an expert in the skills development legislation. ​She is an Assessor, Moderator and Skills development Facilitator and works with a number of different SETAs.​She has been part of the QCTO occupational qualification development team for SDF Administrator and Practitioner and part of the development team for the Contact Centre manager Occupational qualification.
