Haashirah Sayeed

Learning and development specialist | ED Technologist | Instructional Designer | Authentic Life Coach | Business Coach.

I began my career in 1996 in a timeshare company called RCI and I worked there for 10 years.

In 2007 I was a Manager at a company called Merchants which ran call centres for companies like SBSA ,Vodacom and MTN.

In 2008 I joined an I.T Software company called Law Active and gradually moved into the training and development sector of the business. For 16 years I have been training on the software that the company developed for conveyancers and the 5 major banks in SA. Not only training but assisting in the development of the products according to the client's requirements.

I trained Nationally on software that was developed and designed by Law Active and was the National trainer for 10 years and then decided to step into management level and managed the Training Academy at Law Active which is now called E4 Strategic.

I managed the division and was instrumental in the launch of the company's first online training academy using an LMS system which allowed us to do online sessions via webinars making it convenient for all users to attend training at a click of a button.

I was also designed a 101-conveyancing course for the online platform of E4 Strategic.

I am passionate about training and education. Imparting knowledge and learning in the process gives me joy, and what is the world if you don’t do what you enjoy!
