Entry Requirements

To enroll in this qualification, you should:

✔ Have a National Senior Certificate (Matric) or an NQF Level 4 qualification with Communication
✔ Be competent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
✔ Have basic computer literacy (able to use email, documents, online platforms)

What to Expect from the Assessment Process:

Internal Assessment
After each module, you’ll submit a Portfolio of Evidence according to the programme schedule. This includes assignments, practical tasks, and assessments that demonstrate your understanding and ability to apply what you've learned.

External Integrated Summative Assessment (FEISA)
Once your internal assessments are complete, you’ll qualify to sit for the FEISA, conducted by a registered QCTO Assessment Quality Partner (AQP) at an approved centre. This final external exam focuses on your ability to meet the programme’s exit-level outcomes and is required for qualification certification from the QCTO.

🧾 Note: The FEISA is overseen by a registered assessor and administered at an accredited venue. The QCTO issues the final certificate upon successful completion.
