The Managing Skills Development Skills Programme is designed to equip HR professionals, and training managers with the competencies needed to plan, coordinate, and oversee skills development initiatives within an organisation. This programme covers key areas such as workplace skills planning, implementation of training interventions, managing learnerships and skills programmes, reporting to SETAs, and ensuring compliance with national legislation and funding requirements. Participants will gain practical tools to drive effective learning strategies that support both employee growth and organisational objectives.
