This programme equips learners with practical skills to design, develop, and apply evaluation instruments across the full education, training, and development (ETD) cycle. It ensures that practitioners can evaluate learning interventions in line with outcomes-based education systems and quality standards.

The Evaluate the ETD Cycle Skills Programme is designed for education, training, and development (ETD) practitioners who are responsible for assessing the effectiveness and impact of learning and development interventions. This programme equips participants with the skills to evaluate each phase of the ETD cycle—including needs analysis, programme design, facilitation, assessment, and post-training impact—using evidence-based methods. Participants will learn how to gather and analyse feedback, identify areas for improvement, and make informed recommendations to enhance learning outcomes and organisational performance. Ideal for learning and development professionals, quality assurance staff, and training managers, this programme promotes continuous improvement and accountability in the learning environment.

By the end of this programme, learners will be able to:
