How you will learn:
This programme is designed for aspiring or current coaches, mentors, or learning facilitators who want to develop practical, accredited skills in a focused and flexible format. It combines expert-led guidance with blended learning to help you apply coaching and mentoring techniques confidently and effectively in real-world learning and workplace environments.

Blended learning with expert-led sessions and practical application in coaching and mentoring contexts
📚 Notional Hours:
150 notional hours combining theory, practice, and structured learner support activities
🕒 Contact Time:
6 hours of online facilitator-led sessions over 3 days, with 27 days of preparation for assessment
📝 Assessment Duration:
Final assessment includes a 2-hour observation-based component and submission of evidence through your chosen digital format (e.g. video or documents)
📄 Certification Outcome:
Receive a Statement of Results issued by the ETD Quality Assurance Partner (QAP)

Evelyn Salisbury-Stegmann
Janelle Gravett
Janelle has been involved in the skills development area in industry sectors such as hospitality, travel, mining, manufacturing, business process outsourcing and services (BPS & O) and education and skills development.
She has a wealth of experience in learning and development methodologies and is an expert in the skills development legislation. She is an Assessor, Moderator and Skills development Facilitator and works with a number of different SETAs.
She has been part of the QCTO occupational qualification development team for SDF Administrator and Practitioner and part of the development team for the Contact Centre manager Occupational qualification. Currently Janelle is part of the CEP team for the development of the Occ Qualification for Sales and Marketing.
