Tatenda Mufunda
Janelle Gravett
Janelle has been involved in the skills development area in industry sectors such as hospitality, travel, mining, manufacturing, business process outsourcing and services (BPS & O) and education and skills development.
She has a wealth of experience in learning and development methodologies and is an expert in the skills development legislation. She is an Assessor, Moderator and Skills development Facilitator and works with a number of different SETAs.
She has been part of the QCTO occupational qualification development team for SDF Administrator and Practitioner and part of the development team for the Contact Centre manager Occupational qualification. Currently Janelle is part of the CEP team for the development of the Occ Qualification for Sales and Marketing.
