Item 10 Work based learning Toolkit
As work-based learning
practitioner it is your responsibility to develop work-based learning tools to
use as part of the implementation process.
We have learned from experience how frequently we misjudge the time spent
on developing material and this tool will save you time and money in the long
term. Remember that this toolkit does
not replace your competence to implement work-based learning. You will still need to be trained as a Work-based
learning practitioner in order to apply the principles at the right places.
