Janelle Gravett
Education, training & development practitioner
Janelle has been involved in the skills development area in industry sectors such as hospitality, travel, mining, manufacturing, business process outsourcing and services (BPS & O) and education and skills development. She has a wealth of experience in learning and development methodologies and is an expert in the skills development legislation. She is an Assessor, Moderator and Skills development Facilitator and works with a number of different SETAs. She has been part of the QCTO occupational qualification development team for SDF Administrator and Practitioner and part of the development team for the Contact Centre manager Occupational qualification. Currently Janelle is part of the CEP team for the development of the Occ Qualification for Sales and Marketing.
Evelyn Salisbury-Stegmann
Education, training & development practitioner
As
a seasoned education, training and development practitioner, Evelyn has over 30
years of experience in the field. After matriculating, Evelyn’s zest for live
and passion for adventure led her to join the South African Navy. Her military
background provides her with a strong foundation in leadership, teamwork,
self-discipline and structure that continues to be a strong contributor to her
many successes. One of Evelyn’s highlights is her contribution
to the chapter titled “Design, develop and evaluate outcomes-based learning
programmes” in the book A Basic Guide to Human Resources Management” published
by Fleet Street publishers. As
a highlight motivated, creative and passionate induvial, with a strong
character and a “work hard, play hard” attitude. Evelyn is innovative and
constantly elances value with quality delivery.
