Marianne Hendrikse brings over 15 years of risk management experience to Khulisane Academy, having started her career in the field in 2008 while working for a leading petrochemical company. With a degree in Risk Management from UNISA, Marianne has since become a respected facilitator and assessor, passionate about developing talent in this critical discipline.
Since joining Khulisane in 2018, she has played a pivotal role in delivering both the Occupational Certificate: Organisational Risk Manager and various short courses. Her involvement with the Institute of Risk Management South Africa (IRMSA) further reflects her dedication to advancing the profession across the region.
Marianne is committed to empowering learners to gain certification, expand their capabilities, and gain meaningful recognition within their organisations.
